1. Program: Frank Mugisha d/b/a Pilot Light sends non-marketing text messages about missed-call checks, booked calls and, for clients, our services.
2. Frequency: You will receive messages about your missed-call check and booked calls; message frequency varies.
3. Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
4. Help: Text HELP for help, or email hello@pilotlightagency.com.
5. Opting out: Reply STOP at any time. You'll get one message confirming you've opted out, and no more messages after that.
6. Consent is optional: You don't have to agree to receive texts to use our services or book a call.
7. Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy: Please read our Privacy Policy. We never share your mobile number or texting consent with third parties for marketing.
